- James McMillan Review added: 2018.06.12★ ★ ★ ★ ★My partner and I stayed here just after Easter 2018, and we found the hotel to be absolutely superb. The quality of the rooms was excellent (particularly the bed, which the propertier Rich had thought about to quite some degree). The hotel specialises in breakfast (of which the variety is large, and satisfying) the eggs benedict is particularly good.
We were also very pleased with the level of sound proofing in the hotel, we had a very quiet nights sleep indeed.
I would also like to extend my compliments to Rich and the other staff who are all very personable, calm and genuinely happy to ensure their guests enjoy their stay. We would definitely stay here again and we definitely recommend it to others! - A Google User Review added: 2018.05.31★ ★ ★ ★ ★The staff at St John's are second to none. Nothing is too much for them. The breakfast menu is three pages and no extra cost for any dishes. The rooms are perfect and extremely comfy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the lodge to anybody.
